Eligibility for Refund

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
• The course must not be more than 20% completed at the time of request.
• Refunds are not applicable for downloadable materials or completed courses.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at reachagcinstitute@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the refund. Our team will review your request and get back to you within 3–5 business days.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You have already accessed or completed more than 20% of the course content.
• You request a refund after the 7-day window has passed.
• The course was purchased under a promotional or discounted offer marked as non-refundable.
